Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Bookmypet, we strive to ensure a seamless experience for both pet parents and service providers. Below is our updated policy regarding cancellations and refunds across various services.

Cancellation Policy

1. Boarding & Daycare Services

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled drop-off time. Cancellations made within 24 hours may result in a full charge.

2. Appointment-Based Services

For the following services: Grooming, Veterinary, Pet Taxi, Pet Products (for delivery)

Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled appointment or dispatch time. Cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled time may not be eligible for refund or credit.

Refund Policy

1. Cash Refunds

Cash refunds may be issued under the following conditions, upon confirmation and agreement by both parties:

Failure to deliver the service
Quality concerns or service issues
Product mismatches, damages, or missing quantities

Cash refunds may take 7 to 10 business days to reflect in your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.

2. Bookmypet Credit

In eligible cases, refunds may be issued in the form of Bookmypet Credits, which do not expire and can be used for any service or product on the platform.

Provider Confirmation & Pre-Authorization

If a booking is cancelled before the service provider has confirmed it, the pre-authorized amount will be automatically released back to your bank account, in accordance with your bank's processing time. Once a booking is confirmed, the applicable cancellation policy above will apply.

No-Shows & Force Majeure

Failure to show up for a confirmed booking or circumstances beyond control (force majeure) will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by the Bookmypet Customer Support team. Resolutions may include credit, rescheduling, or partial refunds at Bookmypet's discretion.

Final Notes

All cancellations and refund requests must be submitted through the app or by contacting our Customer Support team.

Bookmypet reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the latest terms.
